Transportation Tips for Bodrum in general

  • Transportation Tips:
    • Dolmuş: A dolmuş is a shared minibus that runs along fixed routes, offering an affordable and efficient way to get around Bodrum. It's the cheapest transport option and widely available. Here you can find the connections and times, simply translate the website with google translate.
    • Scooter Rental: Rent a scooter to explore Bodrum independently. It’s fun and gives you the flexibility to visit various locations at your own pace. I can absolutely recommend it, as it's so much fun. Traffic is not a problem, especially outside the city and it's the best (and a cheap) way to explore the peninsula on your own. The feeling of freedom is 100% included! Here you can find a reliable provider. Starts at €18 per day (as of 2024).
    • Uber/Taxi: Uber is available in Bodrum, allowing you to book rides easily. Always ensure the taxi driver turns on the meter before starting your journey.
